Step 1: You must make a decision to change.
Step 2: Get yourself a notebook, we offer them here, but you can begin with one you have already or get one elsewhere. The important thing is that you want it to last through this journey with you. Also get an index card (wallet size)
Step 3: We want you to write down the date, and how you're feeling at this very moment in the notebook/journal. Write down your reasons for wanting to improve yourself and your life. On the index card, write down your specific goals. (When writing down your goals, GOOGLE S.M.A.R.T goals and follow the principles).
